Local pickup — free

• Pickup is available in Northborough, MA 01532.
• After you send your order list by text, we confirm stock and agree on a pickup time.
• Bring your order confirmation text. Payment is completed at pickup or by the method agreed when the order is confirmed.

Shipping within the U.S.

• We ship to addresses in the continental United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Shipping is quoted per order based on the item's weight, box size, and your ZIP code. The quote is sent by text before you pay — you approve it first.
• Shipping cost is not included in the prices shown on the site.
• Orders ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• You receive a tracking number by text as soon as the label is created.

What we don't ship

• We currently do not ship outside the United States.
• PO boxes: small tools can ship to PO boxes via USPS; larger items need a street address.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, text us photos of the box and the item within 48 hours of delivery. We file the carrier claim and make it right — replacement or refund.
